Many warm thanks for having purchased the Annual Pass! I hope it will enable you to build your own Personal Eurythmy Practice.
Here is an overview of how you can explore the lessons here at Eurythmy Online.
The basic groundwork of the website is a series of nearly 60 individual eurythmy exercises, carefully designed and narrated by me.
These are grouped into the following six collections, each of which focuses on a specific theme.
If you are a person who can work slowly and methodically, then begin with learning all the exercises in Collection 1: The Warm Up Exercises, learning one or two a week, and then proceed to do the same with Collection 2: Copper Rods. By the end of a year, you will have worked yourself through the entire series, and will have developed a truly deep and disciplined Personal Eurythmy Practice.
Yet those who wish to take a more individual, exploratory path are free to combine and choose what they will work on.
If you have already done eurythmy, however, your path may be different. You may use this website as a learning resource. Perhaps you want to review all the possible warmup exercises, or remember how to do all of the different rod exercises. Or maybe you are looking for how to go deeper into the movements for the different sounds, learning the colors and feelings of each one.
With the Annual Pass you also have access to all of the Eurythmy Webinar Recordings and the Anthroposophy Lecture Recordings that I have been publishing since 2020. Both the Webinars and the Lecture Series consist of from 4 to 10 individual lessons, each of which is over one hour long. They are rich explorations of various topics in both eurythmy and in anthroposophy, and I assure you that they are filled with a true wealth of content and spiritual nourishment!
Once again, thank you so much for joining this path. May you find true etheric health and inspiration using these lessons.
With my very best wishes,
Cynthia Hoven
