This 4-part series focuses on building basic skills in eurythmy, to support the cultivation of a strong and health etheric body, the source of our well-being. This includes learning to feel with the peripheral etheric forces, as well as our eurythmy back space and our “Wings.” We also studied rod exercises with a verse for Michaelmas, as well as a solo eurythmy form for the Calendar of the Soul verse for this third week of September.
